Possible Tesla Factory Site between Hutto and Taylor

As of 5/17/2020, there was no evidence of site preparation on location.  There was work on an apparent residential development on the Hutto side and on an apparent rail terminal on the Taylor side.  The perimeter is about 7 miles with about two miles of railroad and US79 frontage.
